Rebellion is built around public proof of work, but participation should not require surrendering a dossier.
Public profiles
We may create unclaimed profiles from information that is already public, such as a project website or public source repository. Unclaimed profiles are clearly marked. The builder can claim the profile, correct it or request removal.
Form submissions
When you submit a build, claim, need, Mission or message, we store the information you provide so we can review it and contact you about that submission. We do not sell submission data.
What we intentionally do not collect
The current submission system does not store your IP address for profiling, does not create an advertising profile and does not require an account.
Removal and corrections
Use the claim/correction flow on an unclaimed profile or the contact form. Reasonable correction and removal requests are part of the model, not an inconvenience to be defeated with legalese.
